OTHER NON-DESIGNATION TRAINING PROGRAMS
NAA encourages its affiliates to offer our nationally recognized education designation programs. NAA affiliates can offer certification programs for leasing consultants, onsite managers, maintenance professionals, multi-site supervisors and industry suppliers. Independent Owners can also take advantage of training designed specifically for their needs. Designates are encouraged to use the logo's associated with each program to identify themselves as industry professionals.
NAA continuously revises and updates course materials to reflect changes in the government and the housing industry. A detailed notebook of information on how to offer an NAA education designation course is available through the NM Education Department.
NAA charges application, text book, and exam for students participating in any NAA Education Designation program conducted by your local affiliate. The affiliate pays NM small set fees, and then sets its own rates, for participants in the courses. Designates must take continuing education courses and pay certification dues to NM to maintain their designation. Offering NAA Education Designation programs provides an extraordinary source of revenue for local affiliates and a valuable benefit to owner and product service members.
