WPAA Maintenance Mania, April 2007
Cort Furniture Warehouse was our generous host for the friendly Maintenance Mania Competition on April 18.
Seven teams competed against the clock for an opportunity to represent the WPAA, their Company and their Property in Las Vegas this June at the NAA Education Conference and Exposition. Amore Management Company, NorthStreet Property, and Zaremba Group all sent teams to the competition.
The overall winners were:

The race car time trials and race followed the skill competition. There were seven different teams with cars as creative as one could imagine. Attendees voted on the cars in two categories: ìPeopleís Choiceî and ìBest Use of Maintenance Suppliesî the overwhelming winner in both categories was constructed by John Simon and Frank Warco of Amore Management Company.
